Overview
Full Circle Wellness is located in the picturesque village Rydal and is set on 30 acres of grounds in the heart of The Lake District. When visiting this lovely rural location, you will have the stunning ornate gardens of the stately home Rydal Hall on one side. On the other side find ancient woodland & open fell. This is the perfect location for peace and tranquillity.
Rydal Mount, situated in the glorious Lake District, was the home of William Wordsworth and the area inspired him to write the wonderful poems that have become a treasure of their cultural history.
During this 3-hour experience they can live and ingest some of the local fauna that inspired William Wordsworth so much. To begin with they will take a relaxing and breath-taking stroll around the woodlands of Rydal Water with experienced guides to forage for wild garlic and anything else that they can be use as fresh wild ingredients. Once they have a basket full of delicious and nutritious produce they will then head back to The Hermitage to set up a cookery camp beside the river.
The guides will then teach them the best ways to prepare, preserve and cook with wild garlic before the group feasts around the fire.
