River Bugs for Two

River Bugs are the latest things to hit the outdoor adventure market from New Zealand. The bug is a one person water craft that is a bit like an inflatable armchair and is a great way to play around on the river. Once you are kitted out in all the gear, including webbed gloves to help you paddle, you will be given a safety briefing and then it is out on the water. The qualified instructors will be on hand to help you and guide you down the river through some exciting white water. No experience is necessary but you do need to be able to swim.

When can I go?

This experience is available Monday to Sunday, subject to availability,, throughout March to October.

How long will my experience last?

This experience will last 1.5 hours.

How many people is this experience for?

This experience is for two people, there may be others in the group.

Can I bring family and friends?

You're welcome to bring family and friends along to watch you.

What else do I need to know?

The minimum age is 12 years old. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

Please advise if you have a medical condition that may affect this activity.

No experience is necessary but you do need to be able to swim.
