At Natural Light they will find stillness, peace, and sanctuary where they can relax the mind, renew the body, and revive the soul. From the moment they walk into the Spa and treatment rooms they are transported by the sounds and aromas. The smell of sandalwood, lemongrass and clary sage fill the air along with candlelight and calming music. This really is a place of nurture, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

They can take advantage of the spa’s facilities to ease any aches and pains before heading to a private treatment room for a bespoke 120-minutes pre-natal treatments. They will have a massage and reflexology. This full body massage is tailored to their body, using a sensitive massage oil suitable for use during pregnancy to help them sink into a state of utter bliss. The reflexology treatment will support the mum to be by helping them to relax, relieve tension and stress.

They will leave feeling renewed and ready for the new and exciting changes ahead.
