Black & Green is a boutique sixteen cover restaurant in the heart of Barnt Green, renowned chef Andrew Sheridan’s childhood home.
As part of this experience, you and your guest will enjoy the culinary delights of this talented chef brigade who are led by celebrity chef Andrew Sheridan in the form of a five course tasting menu.
The tasting menu will allow you to sample classical European flavours with a unique modern twist. The menu created uses great quality locally sourced ingredients to create a culinary delight. You and your guest can opt for a sixth course as well as wine pairing with each course, these upgrades are payable directly to the venue.
You and your guest will be enjoying a sumptuous modern interpretation of European classic flavours menu.
This menu focuses on classical cooking using sustainable methodology. A sixth course is available by request and payable directly to the venue. This weekly menu is ever-evolving to show case the best quality offerings designed and created by ‘Great British Menu’ chef Andrew Sheridan.

Guests are able to purchase a wine pairing for this product. The wine flight will include great quality English and Welsh wine that will pair wonderfully with each course to bring out the subtleties of flavour in the dishes provided. About Black & Green are unable to support requests for Vegetarian, Vegan, Fish Free or Dairy Free Menus or for menus changes based on dislikes. They can however support with Pescatarian, Gluten, Shellfish & Nut Allergy’s alongside most other allergies not mentioned as long as we have a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
Please note, all menus are sample menus, and subject to regular change. Due to using only fresh produce of the highest standard, Black and Green may change dishes if they feel produces is not of requisite standards. This may mean dishes are changed on the day to maintain quality.
Please note Friday and Saturday evenings are available for a supplement fee of £15 per person to be paid on arrival. There will be a £20 per person booking deposit which will be credited to the bill on the day.
This experience is available Wednesday to Saturday at 19.30pm, subject to availability. Excluding Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Valentines.
This experience is for two people.
The minimum age for this experience is 18 years old.
