Asian Cookery Class for One

Master the art of Asian cookery with a Cookery class at the Smart School of cookery. This culinary experience will allow one person to choose between four unique Asian cuisine classes. The four classes included are: Bao & Craft Beer, Asian masterclass, Vietnamese Cuisine and a Malaysian masterclass.

The Bao and Craft beer masterclass will give you all the knowledge you need to create delicious homemade bao buns whilst sipping on a cold craft beer. Could you see yourself creating Caramelised Pak choi with Broccoli with almonds, chilli with crispy fried noodles? If yes then the Asian masterclass is for you.

Master the art of delicious Vietnamese cuisine with dishes such as Caramel Pork and Bun Cha served with Nuoc Cham sauce, deep fried glass noodle and crushed peanuts or take yourself on a culinary journey through Malaysia with dishes such as Beef Rendang with the perfect basmati rice and Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce.
