The New Aqua Thermal Spa is a truly warming and therapeutic experience.

Each heat experience is taken in turn in order to slowly raise your body temperature whilst you relax reaping the holistic and therapeutic benefits of water and heat, you will leave feeling refreshed and invigorated. Your experience begins in the Aroma Salt inhalation Room, a warm, gentle heat.

Time to enjoy the relaxing Pedidarium, then on to the steam room and finishing with the intense heat of the Sauna. Enjoy the feature rain sky shower for an invigorating finish.

From there you can soothe your aching muscles in the Hydrotherapy Pool, This includes 4 unique water experiences and underwater lounges to lay on, with perfectly placed water jets to ease away aches and pains, powerful neck fountains to work on neck and shoulder tensions, and bubble pools to sit and stand in while the water jets massage your body.

When can I go?

This experience is available Sunday to Friday throughout the year subject to availability, excluding Bank Holidays, 20th December to 2nd January and the first weekend of June.

This experience is for two people, there will be others there on the day.

The minimum age is 18 years old.
