12 Mile Themed Helicopter Flight

Enjoy a thrilling helicopter ride above one of the UK's historic cities. There is nothing quite like the sensation of being in a powerful, fast-moving helicopter. Take to the air in this exhilarating 12 mile flight and admire the views as you climb to heights of over 1000ft and accelerate to speeds of over 120mph as you dip and dive over the stunning landscape below. This experience is a must for any flight lovers and will leave you buzzing.

When you arrive you will be welcomed by a specialist team who will go through a short safety briefing. You will get the chance to have your photo taken with the helicopter before boarding to begin your flight. Your pilot will take you up to over 1,000ft whilst pointing out local landmarks for some great pictures. Cameras are positively encouraged - with an experience this exhilarating you will want to relive it as often as possible.

When can I go?

This experience is available one weekend day per month, April to October.

How long will my experience last?

This experience will last 20 minutes, with 8 minutes flight time.

How many people is this experience for?

This experience is for one person. There will be other people there on the day.

Can I bring family and friends?

You are welcome to bring friends and family to watch you on the day.

What else do I need to know?

The minimum age for this experience is 12 years old.

The maximum weight is 15 stone (95kg). Please be advised the experience may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, or who have heart or medical conditions. If in doubt consult your doctor before purchasing.

There are no qualifications required for this experience.
